We spent Christmas day this past year with my family.

For the first time in quite a while all of my Grandparents' kids, grandkids, and great grandkids were together for the holiday.

We commemorated with pictures, of course.

Spring....

Last Sunday Lawrence and I joined some friends at a campground for dinner.

The Campground was full of purposefully burnt wooded areas to promote regrowth and better soil (I'm assuming of course/ I'm not a botanist or environmentalist guru by any means).

It was really pretty lovely and reminded me of the Lord's Precious refinement in my own life.

More Thankful than ever to live in such a Beautiful place and to have this season to be reminded of my New Life In Christ!

My sweet Sister In Law married her College Sweetheart in the MOST Beautiful Outdoor Wedding imaginable!

I was able to take a couple of shots with the camera Lawrence had just bought me for our first anniversary. Its a Spartus, Medium Format Camera.....and I basically LOVE IT!

Weekend Fun

Lawrence's parents and sister came for a short visit to PCOLA this past weekend!

We had such a good time visiting, shopping, and eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts!!!!

This was most likely their last time together for a while as Sarah and her husband are about to set out on an AMAZING journey together to Colorado!

One of my husband's newest and dearest friends asked me to photograph his family! These guys cracked me up the whole afternoon, and despite their endless sibling jokes, there is a ton of love going on with The Bostic Family.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing the sweet Roberts Family. John Paul and Melanie are so sweet, and so in love... and their 2 kids are little replicas of them.

ZAMBIA

2 Years ago my husband and 5 of our closest friends traveled to Zambia, Africa to spend 1 month in the Zambian "bush" to share the Gospel. The experience, needless to say, is still probably the most amazing thing I've ever had.

This morning I was looking through some of my old Zambian photos and I found a couple of gems.....

It made me miss the country even more.....ready to plan our next trip there.
